- It is incredibly common for those in such situations to buy cheap junkfood or find a low cost takeout place to depend on for an affordable (but unhealthy) source of food. It is also common for them to maintain atleast a few ritual sources of comfort/luxury, even if a burden on their savings/budget, just to stay sane and relieve mental pressure.
