- In "131", finishing enough of the platforming levels unlocks an extra set of levels and one more dance sequence at the end. But the interlude before it ends up featuring a familiar figure... It's Bonzi Buddy?!Laer: IT'S THE YEAR 20XX! HOW IS THIS STILL A THING!?

- There is a chance that the player sprite in the "Collect souls" will be someone other than a girl; one of them is a goose.

- In "You are the Miserable", playing with only one player at all will cause the song to not activate its scripting, and instead show Peeesh scalding you for wasting his time because one person does not have enough energy for him to feed off. After the song's intro ends, he runs towards the camera (an animation normally played at this point) and attacks you, which automatically ends the song with a "YOU DIED" screen.
- Doppelganger is full of way too many split-second sight gags to count, almost entirely in one section of the song.

- The normal In the Groove 2 background in the split-screen segment briefly changing to "Ligma Balls 2" for a moment.

- And right after that, there's a section where the arrows are replaced by the names of the directions in different languages, and eventually the correct "notes" are mixed in with random nonsense words.
- Peeesh's final volley ends up having him cross-dressing as Ayaze, Laer, and Neko all at once for a moment.
- And in the event, both this song and "Golden Rule" are scored together as "Eat shit".
