Being a game that's intended for a younger audience, it can be expected that the Starfy games have plenty of funny moments.
- Papes is a character that's just full of this. In Sogwood Forest, he prepares to chase you by saying "IT'S SHIELD TIME!" Then he nonchalantly reaches into his shorts... and pulls out a shield that's bigger than he is. Hammerspace at its finest.
- When you first see the Terrible Trio, they're discussing plans. Then we get this:Snips: Come on, Papes. Have my plans ever failed?Papes: Yeah, they usually have. Why?
- The Squirts are a group of comedians in Hotcha Springs.
- "DON'T EVER FALL ASLEEP ON A PUNCHLINE IF YOU WANT TO BE A STAR!"
- When the Squirts exit in the level that you met them, they tear upward through the rock ceiling.
- You can find the fifth Squirt practicing his bird imitations in one of the sidequests. Apparently he thinks it'll improve his act.Squirt #5: Just wait until I learn to ride five unicycles! Then they'll see!
- In the Moe Show with yours truly, one of the guests that appear in it is Fork. (Not entirely sure which one, though…) He immediately decides to take over the show, and suggests renaming it "Fork Rocks" instead. Moe’s response?Moe: That’s the dumbest thing I ever heard. Get off the stage, Fork.
- Moe's interview with his family has them say that they're doing his chores while he's gone, and Moe is initially touched before telling them to stay away from his video games.
- Some of the toys have pretty funny descriptions, all given by Moe.
- Skiffler: This beautiful, lightweight fellow can skate on the surface of the water. I tried to skim the surface of the water once too, but it didn't quite work out...
- Spinebelly: Meet Spinebelly. He's got a nasty little habit of shooting spines from his mouth. Two questions: Where does he keep them all? And...oh no, that's my only question.
- Fluffy Unu: Cotton candy, YES! Oh, no, wait... I'm not making that mistake again! You are what you eat. Can you guess what the Fluffy Unu's favorite food is?
- Liftwisp: If you're quiet around these guys, you won't have to hear their battle cry. If Moe could just keep his shell shut, then— HEY! Wait a second. Who wrote this script?!
- Blinkfin: This enemy darts back and forth, doing his best to get in your way. Red eyes, robotic movement... I think Blinkfin could use a few more ZZZs at night.
- Squirt #3: This Squirt is always showing up late to gigs. Bawss doesn't like that too much. He's always sick, too. This is the second in command? Really?
