• When Natsuo and Yuzuko meet Yuzuko thinks "She's really tall about twice my height" and Natsuo is thinking "Her eyebrows are really big, about twice mine".
• At the Roll Carnival tournament, Kontani reads the participant list and sees the name "Cameron Diaz". As she wonders when they got a Hollywood actress she spies Manami and when questioning her about why she hasn't shown up at the gym she insist that she's not Manami but "Kyameron Deiasu."
• The fact that several of the chapter titles are just a random comment on the size of Yuzuko's eyebrows.
• Natsuo going to the final match of the G-Girl preliminary wearing this.
