- After beating Urien, Mega Man gets the Aegis Reflector. To help demonstrate, Dan throws a Shinku Gadoken which travels so slowly that Mega Man has to put up a second Reflector because the first one runs out, and Dan rolls away long before the reflected attack reaches him.

- Blanka's weapon is firing watermelons, meaning that somebody on the Street Fighter roster is weak against watermelons. It's Rose.
- However, it is more an example of Shown Their Work: Said individual has low blood pressure. Watermelon consumption lowers blood pressure, so for someone like that character, that could possibly lead to full-blown hypotension.
