- In Act 2, Gillian thinks he's hot on the trail of the Snatchers' maintenance clinic as he pays a visit to the mysterious, unlicensed Hospital Oleen. Gillian and Metal take in the foul smell outside the building, and carefully examine the animals in the waiting room, expecting a Snatcher to leap out from anywhere. It takes both of them an incredibly long time to realize that the place is a legitimate veterinary hospital, and that they're in the wrong location.
- If the player gets too carried away at Outer Heaven ordering up steaks and booze, Cunningham chews out Gillian for his unprofessional behavior the next time Gillian steps into his office.
