- Recruiting Schezo in this game is a particularly humorous chain of events. You find him in a treasure chest. Again. Just like Puyo BOX.
- Schezo's Master Quest involves taking down some Wheeloo in the waterways. The problem isn't them being tough foes. It's because he finds them too cute to attack. He starts gushing on how cute the Wheeloo roll around and the Rammits hopping around...which, in turn, makes Donguri Gaeru jealous. Of course, he doesn't leave the frog out and dotes on it too, which garners exasperated but uncalled for creeper proclamations from Arle. He didn't even blunder his words that time!
- Once again, some of the alt voices are rather hilarious. Examples include Sig being perpetually confused, Ringo in a constant giggling fit, and Lidelle sounding very grumpy.
