• The storyline where Poe tries to comfort Mary Shelley with the fact that her husband had been "rusticated" for "contumacy" for his essay "Necessity of Atheism" (this really happened).

• Guest Storyteller Ray Bradbury has become convinced by his own stories that he's become effectively immortal, and dares the Midnight Pals to try and kill him. When Mary shows up late - "sup fuckers" - and Ray challenges her, she stabs him with her blade without a second thought. The knife snaps, letting Ray crow in victory.
• Washington Irving shows up to do a take on his classic The Legend of Sleepy Hollow... but does it while crooning in the style of Bing Crosby (as per the Disney cartoon). And Real Life fangirl Mary is freaking out when he appears.
