• Despite the story of Just Cause 4 being slightly Darker and Edgier than one in Just Cause 3, there is at least one hilarious line in the game... specifically, when Tom Sheldon barges into the proceedings for the first time.
  Rico: Mira, this is Tom Sheldon. Known him for 20 years. He cannot be trusted.
• "Operation: Windwalker" could have been a completely serious mission strand...if it weren't for Cesar. His Conspiracy Theorist tendencies and repeated insistence that Espinoza is an alien turn the missions into a laugh riot. This caps off with him excited over finding an actual flying saucer at the end...until he sees the USB port in it.
• Garland King's missions tend to lean towards humorous, especially after it becomes clear her movie is about Rico and his life...with a few embellishments. Many of Garland's discussions with him juxtaposing Hollywood with the Army of Chaos and their goals end up being comedy gold. (For example when they discus a title for her film. She suggests action film-esque titles like "The Scorpion's Revenge" while he suggests "The Army of Chaos". She then chides him for having no imagination.)
• After retrieving the ion coil, Rico and Sheldon rib each other about their respective looks. Sheldon mocks Rico for dressing like a "Mexican Johnny Cash" in his early days while Rico gives Sheldon the nickname "Hula Shirt".
