Funny / Flickering Lights

• Arne and Alfred's hunting/shooting spree is really hilarious in a deeply disturbing way. Especially because the most of it is just shown as the aftermath from Thorkild's point of view, as he is trying to find Arne, and walks bewildered and confused across the field strewn with dead cows and through the forest with dead animals basically everywhere, making it obvious how utterly berserk and unhinged Arne and Alfred went, basically shooting every living creature in sight.
• Thorkild praising the great Danish poet "ove Ditlevsen".
• The Egg Blowing Scene. From the foreboding way the gang looks at Hanne making fun of Thorkild as he struggles to blow out his egg, being all too aware of Thorkild's tendency to get violent when he is mad, to the surprisingly sweet way Peter and Arne quickly tries to comfort the angry Thorkild on his failure to blow out the egg.
  Hanne: (laughs) You're doing it completely wrong, Thorkild!
  (Peter and Arne exchange a worried look; Hanne keeps laughing, Stefan puts a cautionary hand on her shoulder)
  Hanne: (still laughing; to Stefan) What? (to Thorkild) You're doing it completely wrong, Thorkild! You just can't figure it out!
  (Thorkild strains to blow out the egg, he is starting to turn red)
  Stefan: (obviously concerned) Just let Thorkild do it himself, alright?
  Hanne: Oh, stop it! I've never seen anyone be so terrible at blowing out eggs before.
  (Thorkild keeps straining to blow out the egg; his face is completely red and there is visible fury in his eyes)
  Hanne: Look, Thorkild. I'll show you how to do it.
  Stefan: (with clear desperation) Hanne? Hanne?
  Hanne: No, Stefan, not now. Thorkild, if you just...
  (Thorkild finally boils over, breaks his egg in anger, and punches Hanne square in the face)
  Thorkild: SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH, BITCH!
  (Hanne sits back in shock; Peter and Arne exchange a quick glance with each other)
  Peter: (quickly) Just forget about it, Thorkild. There's something wrong with that egg.
  Hanne: (still dazed from the punch) But...
  Arne: Stefan, please get her out of here.
  Stefan: (gently tries to lead Hanne away) Let's go, honey. Come on.
  Hanne: ...What happened?
  Stefan: Well...
  (Stefan takes Hanne away)
  Peter: ...Take a look at that! That eggshell looks weird. You could easily have blown out that egg, Thorkild.
  Arne: Of course you could! It was a sick hen that laid that egg.
  Thorkild: (calms down) Yeah... Yes, look at that eggshell. It is definitely weird.
  Arne: Yeah, just forget about it.
