  • The sheer fact that, because of the title, they specifically have to say that it's "Not a BDSM Podcast"
  • Beth May demonstrates her two tone singing on Silent Night to the amazement and horror of the other players. When she does her performance roll and Nat 20s everyone loses their mind. The editing on her voice elevates it from scary to angelic.
  • Episode 35, the daddies have to face the Jellies in fantasy football...and the players immediately derail it by demanding that the DM fill the team with the Jellicle Cats.
Daddy Master: Okay, fuck it! They're Jellicle cats, fine. So the first one that comes out is an ochre jelly. He's a jellyfish that has shoulder pads on. And then behind him, I guess—
    Beth: Is Mungojerrie.
    Freddie: Mr. Mistoffelees—
Daddy Master: Are a bunch of very sexualized, but private-part-not-having felines that are just dancing and scatting behind him. And they have all the stats of half ogres, but they're not half ogres, I guess they're Jellicle cats. And they're dancing back and forth and getting way too close to one another in a way that is very uncomfortable... and then two scarecrows behind them. So it's a real ragtag team.
Henry Oak: Come on guys, let's take them back to the Heaviside Layer!

  • Episode 36, Anthony has a brief moment of genuine rage and frustration during the final football game when Killa De Mall finally hits them with a failed saving throw and they use their allotted time out to let the effect run its course.
Anthony: So, everybody that failed your role, you are frightened for one minute. So, frightened-
Freddie: Time out, baby. Time out, time out.
Anthony: [yelling] Son of a bitch! Fuck! Fuck!

  • Ron's lawyerly moments during the trial are all great, but a few stand out.
    • During Glenn's testimony:
Ron: [echoed] You're trying to be good enough for two parents when you never really had two parents yourself, wouldn't it make sense then that there could be some lacking in parental skill, but still good effort and parenting? Good fathering, but not good results.
[Beth lets out a small laugh. Silent pause]
Ron: I will answer this question.
    • When Glenn is being cross-examined:
Ratticus: I have one remaining question for Glenn.
      Ron: We'll allow it.
Ratticus: Thank you. Glenn, do you think Morgan would approve of the way that you are raising your son?
      [silence]
      Darryl: Objection, speculation.
      Ron: Objection, too sad.
  • Episode 60 contains possibly the funniest joke in the series, as well as being (a more comedic) CMOA for Glenn. The Dads are sitting down with Willy Stampler, the Big Bad of the series. Willy has displayed a terrifying amount of confidence and power, and doesn't hesitate to emotionally and verbally abuse Ron within minutes of seeing him. When Glenn attempts to bluff by saying they have a goblin army on the way, Willy responds with laughter—walking right into a deez-nuts joke that completely throws him off. It should be noted that this joke is the only thing said or done to ever send him into a white-hot rage.
Willy: Goblins? Goblins?! I eat goblins for breakfast!
Glenn: Yeah? Goblin on THESE NUTS!!!
    (everyone erupts in laughter)
  • Episode 62 Henry randomly encounters a couple of genies and acts overly forward with them with an implied racial slur.
Anthony: Okay so Henry? You run across two genies. They're called “jannis”.
    Will: Okay, two jannis.
    Anthony: Yeah. So they go—
    Janni: Hey, what's up?
Henry: Hey! Hey, couple of Jannis! Wow!
    [loud laughter]
Janni: Holy shit. You can't call us that. What the fuck? We just met you. Roll for initiative.

  • If you started listening after the end of Season 1, you probably noticed the weird moment in Episode 2, where Darryl from the future shows up to advise the dads on what to put on Gartok's bracelets, before running away with no comment. This doesn't come back until Episode 64, when the dads use the magical remote control to send Darryl back in time. Anthony is about to do a scene in the past, when the players interrupt him and reveal that Matt, Will, Beth, and Freddie already did the scene and added it into Episode 2 without Anthony even realizing it. Freddie even spliced some of Anthony's lines in to make it seem like he was fully on board with it.
Anthony: MOTHERFUCKER! MOTHERFUCKER! HOLY SHIT! Of all the things that I thought would happen with your planning, that was not one of them!
  • Episode 65 features this exchange between Ron and Dr. Not Me, with excellent delivery on Beth's part.
Dr. Not Me: Let's talk about your father.
Ron: Well, that's kind of a big thing to get in right away, in the first—
Dr. Not Me: Okay, let's talk about anything else. How are you feeling right now?
    Ron: Scared of my dad.
