  • It has been noted by a number of readers that the Sailor Senshi in this fic's verse are less moral than canon, in addition to being less competent. It's also been noted that the Senshi don't act like True Companions. The reason for all of this is the same: Usagi is not Princess Serenity. Without The Heart of the team, they are more likely to be demoralized, which would affect both their judgement and their motivation. Furthermore, Luna is really desperate to revive the Moon Kingdom. In canon, Usagi is the first Sailor Soldier she found; even though neither knew she was Princess Serenity at the time, it was still progress towards that goal. Here, there has been a year of no progress and suddenly the Princess arrives in the company of a "dark Senshi" which also explains her absence. Hence, the Sailor Senshi, hardened by a year of fighting without The Heart to counterbalance, are overeager to finally grasp a solution. It makes sense that it is Minako, also a Sailor Senshi, that is the one who recites the quote at the top of the main page: "Let me get this straight... Two members of the Sailor Senshi, champions of love and justice, just attempted a backstreet mugging."
  • It's noted in the main page that the Dark Kingdom probably would have won if the Senshi didn't find Nanoha, and lost because they attacked the wedding. But it doesn't really seem like they'd have won, anyway. Let's assume that Nanoha and Fate left without ever coming in contact with the Senshi, the Senshi get swatted by the Dark Kingdom, and Metallia gets resurrected. It's only a matter of time before Nanoha comes back home, finds the Earth has been conquered, and calls in the TSAB (who are a lot more numerous, powerful, and tactically skilled than the Senshi).
    • The Dark Kingdom would also had been more powerful and had more resources than it had in White Devil, plus there would have been no guarantee that Nanoha would have awakened the Ginzuishou, which in White Devil provided her the magical boost she needed to defeat Metalia. You can't say for certain that the TSAB would have defeated the Dark Kingdom so easily. At any rate it'd have been a race to see which would happen first: the TSAB noticing that something happened on Earth, or Sailor Saturn awakening to do her duty.
