* In the hidden ending, Clover says that Akane told her and Alice that there was a way to send their bodies back in time, too. She's referring to the transporter that Akane herself used to get to this timeline in the Mars Mission Test Facility, since ''VLR'' follows from the timeline where Team C was killed in the 1:30 vote.

Uncanny Valley is IUEO now and the subjective version has been split; cleaning up misuse and ZCE in the process

* Because of the game's 3D art style, some of the characters end up on the wrong end of the UncannyValley. Luna by far is the hardest to look in the eye. After the RoboticReveal, however, I immediately understood why K rejected her. I don't know if that was intentional (especially since everyone else is much easier on the eyes in their own ways), but if it was, that's one hell of an IntendedAudienceReaction, not least of which is due to K eventually coming under the control of the player.

This isn't fridge, it's explicitly stated within the work itself.

* On December 31, 2028 Radical-6 gets released from the Mars Mission Test Site. On April 13, in response, humanity blows up 18 antimatter plants. It took only four months for the complete collapse of humanity, and for the survivors to decide to kill thousands of people directly, and then millions more through a nuclear winter.

Spoiler off for fridge pages

*** [[spoiler:This is deliberately pointed out and remarked on in ''Zero Time Dilemma'', where several people have reservations on using SHIFT to swap themselves into situations where "innocent people" will die without any knowledge on how or why. Brother (who would work together with Akane in secret, where she'd pick up his world view) believes this doesn't matter, since it results in a potential future which can lead to a better tomorrow; the swapped people would have more motivation and abilities than the "innocent people"]].

* We learn in Luna's ending that ABT, or artificial biological tissue, is held together by muscle fibers. When turbocurarine is applied, it causes the skin to tear/crack. In Alice's bad ending, [[spoiler:Sigma, who has only 1 BP, is betrayed by Alice, who was thought to have unconscious at the time. The skin of his cybernetic arms is made of ABT, so that means once he dies, not only would the cast believe Alice killed Sigma, but they also have to see Sigma's arms gruesomely fall apart. And even if it takes several hours for this to happen, all of them would still be stuck with his body in the base, so they would still most likely discover this in time]]...

* With a certain reveal in ''Zero Time Dilemma'' a retroactive nightmare appears. In K's ending, Sigma is forced into a situation where he must give the neostigmine to either K or Phi, since he only has enough for one. With the reveal that [[spoiler:Phi is actually the daughter of an alternate Sigma, the situation turns from "which of my friends do I save before I die?" to "which of my children do I sacrifice so the other can live?"]]. It doesn't alleviate the situation even with the knowledge that neither Sigma, Kyle, or even Dr. Klim knew of this fact.

* Tenmyouji's general hostility towards Sigma makes a ''lot'' more sense in retrospect. Tenmyouji often comments about not needing "[Sigma] of all people" to look out for him or Quark. From his perspective Sigma would be coming across as incredibly patronising, acting like he was the more naturally youthful and resourceful out of the two of them.

* Thinking deeper on it, it might seem confusing why Luna is still viewing and processing everything at the same speed as everyone else. Given that, as a robot, she shouldn't be affected by Radical-6 that would slow down her processing power. However, the answer comes fairly clearly from the same answer. She's a robot! She, or even Akane, could simply intentionally slow down her processing power and reaction speed, to keep her in time with everyone else. And if, for whatever reason, she accidentally became a bit too slow or too fast before the reveal of what she was, she could just pass it off as stress or side effects from being knocked out with the gas, and then readjust herself to get back in time with the rest.

** It also provides an explanation of how a man revealed to be in his 60s is able to succesfully stop and restrain both a suicidal Quark and Alice who are trying to stab themselves with scalpels with extra strength under the influence of Radical-6.
** It also explains why Sigma is so strong yet he's often slow to run after people. His arm strength remains in his prime, but his leg and lung strength are probably par for the course for even a man his age in peak physical condition.

* Tenmyouji's insistence on trusting Clover comes across feeling a bit odd, especially given how [[GreyAndGrayMorality shifty]] she tends to behave throughout the Ambidex Game. It ends up making complete perfect when his true identity as Junpei is revealed.

* Most people would place Phi's recurring quotation of "I am no man" as a ''Film/LordOfTheRings'' ShoutOut, but the phrase was also said by [[Literature/TheOdyssey Odysseus]] to the cyclops Polyphemus. With that in mind, Phi likely said it to take a crack at Sigma's missing eye.

This... doesn't make ANY sense, at all.

* In Alice's ending, we learn both Ace from 999 and Dio are connected to Free the Soul. Despite the age difference, the two men seem to look remarkably similar. Could it be possible that Ace is also a Left clone, which at the very least contributed to his prosopagnosia?
