*** It was stated in the Q & A that [[spoiler: Akane orchestrated Sigma's breakup with his girlfriend and it's possible neither of them knew the truth. Alas, poor unnamed character.]]

* We learn in [[spoiler: Luna]]'s ending that ABT, or artifical biological tissue, is held together by muscle fibers. When turbocurarine is applied, it causes the skin to tear/crack. In [[spoiler: Alice's bad ending, Sigma, who has only 1 BP, is betrayed by Alice, who was thought to have unconscious at the time. The skin of his cybernetic arms is made of ABT, so that means once he dies, not only would the cast believe Alice killed Sigma, but they also have to see Sigma's arms grusomely fall apart.]]

** [[spoiler:''4) No hitherto undiscovered poisons may be used, nor any appliance which will need a long scientific explanation.'' The use of fictional chemicals and technologies such as Radical-6, Soporil Beta[[note]]which admittedly was talked about some and used on the players in the previous game[[/note]], the CAS treatment pods[[note]]CAS was briefly mentioned by Ace in the previous game[[/note]], Ice-9[[note]]Which was importantly mentioned during the route to the True Ending in the previous game[[/note]], Tubocurarine and Neostigmine [[note]]Which are two real chemicals, but require some technical knowledge to understand and recognize before the in game explanation[[/note]]. In general, the game is ''dripping'' with technobabble]].

* Major spoilers for Tenmyouji: [[spoiler: I did have a difficult time to accept that his full name is Junpei Tenmyouji. Tenmyouji sounds a bit unusual for a Japanese surname that you would think Clover and Alice would have pressed him about it. Hell, there could have been a scenario where they would ask him about a guy named "Junpei" and he could have easily lied by telling them he's his grandson.]]
** This being an issue is doubtful. [[spoiler:Never in 999 does Junpei ever give his last name to the other players, so Clover and Alice wouldn't have any real reason to know it.]]

** When Sigma says he's studying for a PhD, the others mention that he must have been studying for it for a while. Which can come off as odd, considering Sigma's only a young adult, and still at a normal college age. [[spoiler:But of course, everyone thinks they're talking to an old man]].
