Fridge Brilliance:

During the robbery at the beginning, Jem is yelling at Claire to hurry and open the vault. Realizing that's doing more harm than good, Doug calms her down by putting his hand on her's, tells her to breathe and take her time. Timing is critical for a bank robber but Doug was smart enough to know a nervous bank manager will only delay if not completely obstruct the robbery entirely.
