Why would a uniformed police officer like Nemoto Tadashi ever be issued a Lamborghini Diablo, especially for a surface street beat? Especially a Japanese police department? It might barely make Buddy Cop Show sense if he was in plain clothes Miami Vice style and/or was assigned a section of multilane freeway as a measure to deal with traffic enforcement, as a hot pursuit specialist, and/or illegal street racing, but even in a kiddy show, a surface street beat-cop with am Italian supercar as his issued cruiser makes no sense whatsoever. The producers at Sunrise and/or Takara's toy R&D (or Watsonianly, the local police department and/or Da-Garn himself) could have issued Officer Tadashi a same model year Nissan Laurel or Staega, and far fewer (if any) alarm bells going off over the versimilitude.
Fridge Horror
Lady Pinky was gonna convert the captured Hikaru into a cyborg for her collection because she finds her cute. Now remember that she is often served on hand and foot by cute bishounen servants whose revealed to be robotic but can still feel pain when whipped, so they just might be cyborgs that were forcibly converted and brainwashed to be loyal...
It gets even worse if you remember that Hikaru is only twelve years old.
