Tying into Alien vs. Predator (Capcom), since this game revealed that after Dutch was left horribly wounded after a fight with a Female Predator, they experimented with the Predator's medical gel on him. His own logs reveal that even in the year 2025 that despite being 78, he's able to fight like he's in the prime of his youth. There's a good chance he may have just as likely reversed, then stopped his aging with that treatment, which would explain how he's able to still be around when Weyland-Yutani is the main corporation in the future.
