How did Alisa and Suzuka get caught inside the magical barrier, when such things are supposed to exclude non-mages? It's likely because the Book of Darkness knew they were with Nanoha and Fate shortly before the battle. The latter two are now flagged as enemies (thanks to the Liese twins impersonating them), and the Book probably assumed they were all together. Thus, when the Book's avatar put up the barrier, and found Alisa and Suzuka inside its area of effect, she (consciously or otherwise) set it to capture them as well.
