Though Geki and Dan were swallowed whole by Dora Boogaranan, they are later released as spheres of energy, just like Boi and Goushi. This suggests that even those swallowed whole by the monster are turned into spheres upon entering his stomach. Alternatively, they may not have been transformed until the moment the monster regurgitated them.
After learning of Dora Boogaranan's weak spot, Geki tries in vain to find it while fighting the monster. However, in a bit of cruel irony, Geki ends up unwittingly revealing the weak point as it is exposed while Dora Boogaranan swallows him, a fact Geki isn't even aware of.
The Zyurangers that are eaten by Dora Boogaranan are apparently all turned into inert spheres of energy. Assuming they were conscious in this state, this must have been a nightmarish experience as they would have been trapped inside a monster's stomach, fully aware, but unable to do anything. Also, while we don't know for sure what would have become of them if Mei had not rescued them, it's very possible they would have been digested alive.
