• Jiban's Directives are the ability to arrest and punish without a warrant, to use even deadly force at his own judgement, and even The crime of disposing of children's dreams, and hurting their heart is especially severe. Come on! Is he a cop, or a dictator? In his defense though, both his main nemesis, Biolon and Queen Cosmos ARE very ruthless and merciless with their methods, especially concerning to use kids to their goals including Naoto's little sister, Mayumi. Also in the 1980's and 1990's, tokusatsu heroes were portrayed as friends to all children, so threating kids in front of them isn't the smartest idea.
