So how come VILE never has any crimes in Oceania? Because of how far away everything is - it would take way too long for someone to say, escape from Kiribati to Vanuatu.
Additionally, it would be difficult to program visually - it'd be very difficult given the size of most of the maps, most of them are distinguished by lines in the ocean.
This also would explain why countries like St. Vincent and the Grenadines or overseas dependencies (Sans French Guiana) are never places to be visited)
