Mercy is a 2016 American thriller film written and directed by Chris Sparling.
The movie follows a group of four siblings who are reunited in their mother's death bed and have their rivalries bubble up as things go south quickly when their home is invaded by strange masked men.
Tropes
- The Bad Guy Wins: Played with. The masked men get what they want and kill all the brothers, but considering the brothers were awful people and the masked men wanted nothing more than to heal Grace from her sickness, they were far from the bad guy in the movie.
- Villain Protagonist: Turns out the brothers are actually waiting for their mother to die so they can get the inheritance. The masked men are trying to force them to use a medicine that will cure her.
