Every Last One of Them is a 2021 American action thriller film directed by Christian Sesma and starring Paul Sloan, Jake Weber, Taryn Manning, Mike Hatton, Michael Madsen, and Richard Dreyfuss.

Desperate to find his missing daughter, former black ops soldier Jake Hunter tracks her last known whereabouts to a small desert town. However, his search uncovers a larger conspiracy involving a Chinatown-derail big capitalism deal over water rights.

Every Last Trope:

  • Attack the Injury: When Bobby sasses him, Nichols grabs his broken nose and squeezes. Later, Hunter employs a Jack Bauer Interrogation Technique by tying Stone to a wall and kneeling on the gunshot wound in his abdomen until he talks.
  • Clothing-Concealed Injury: One flashback shows an angry confrontation between Melissa and her father Jake. She tells him he is back home and to take off his sunglasses and look at her. Jake takes them off and it is revealed that his large wraparound sunglasses were concealing a huge combat wound on his cheek.
  • Evil Matriarch: While Nichols is the visible head of the family who controls the town, his sister Maggie is the one who is clearly pulling the strings behind the scenes.
  • From Dress to Dressing: Hunter uses his undershirt to staunch the bleeding from the gunshot wound in his shoulder until he can cauterize it with a red hot knife.
  • Gotta Kill Them All: After finding out what happened to his daughter, Hunter becomes obsessed with identifying those responsible and killing all of them.
  • Grievous Bottley Harm: During the fight in the strip club, one of Bobby's friends smashes a beer bottle over Hunter's head. To no effect.
  • Heal It With Fire: Hunter cauterizes a gunshot wound in his shoulder by heating the tip of his knife in a kerosene lamp until it red hot, and then presses it into the wound.
  • Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy: The supposedly elite troops Murphy sends to get Hunter are shooting more than a foot above his head, which is easily seen because they are firing tracer rounds.
  • I Own This Town: From the moment he arrives in town, Hunter is told that the Nichols family controls everything in the town, and that they don't like strangers.
  • Jack Bauer Interrogation Technique: After wounding and capturing Stone, Hunter extracts information from him by tying him to a wall and kneeling on the gunshot wound in his abdomen.
  • Self-Surgery: Hunter cauterizes a gunshot wound in his shoulder by heating the tip of his knife in a kerosene lamp until it red hot, and then pressing it into the wound.
  • Signature Item Clue: Hunter identifies Bobby as one of the people responsible for the death of his daughter Melissa because Bobby is wearing the bracelet he gave Melissa the last time he saw her.
