And deep in the Underworld of Perim, Mari "Captain America" Makinami must fight for her life while trying to cope and work with a new arrival to the Core Timeline; Prince Adam of the world of Eternia.

This story has the following Tropes:
- Alternate Self: This version of Prince Adam (and Cringer) are from the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (2002) series rather than original Eighties cartoon and universes based on it.
- Crash-Into Hello: Happens between Prince Adam and Mari when he first Emerges. Complete with Funbag Airbag.
- Eldritch Location: Fear Valley, the section of the Underworld in which Mari encounters Prince Adam. It produces terrifying illusions and feeds on the fear of those within it. It's so bad that Cringer is quickly overwhelmed and would have been frightened to death by it.
- Kick the Dog: After being cornered by several of Frieza's warriors, Adam is horrified when one of them blasts Cringer For the Evulz.
- Mythology Gag: Mari tells Adam to "leave [his] sanity at the door" as the final line of the first chapter, which is part of the setting's Opening Narration.
- Naïve Newcomer: The Alternate of Prince Adam that appears in this story is a newly-Emerged Fiction (he even appears and crashed into Mari in the first chapter). As a result, Mari has to explain to him what the hell is going on and why is he in a place that is not Eternia or even Kansas. Subverted because he quickly catches on that he's not in Eternia, he just doesn't knows how bad things really are.
- The Nicknamer: Prince Adam first calls Mari "Stargirl" because of the many stars on her armor (because it's based on the Stars-And-Stripes).
- Taking You with Me: One of Mari's shadow clones performs a Final Explosion to wipe out several of Frieza's goons.
