Reverser Retargets

This fanfiction series contains examples of:
- Alternate Universe Fic: A What If? with the change that Reverser doesn't let himself be distracted by Officer Raincomprix, and successfully hits Marinette in the park.
- Artistic License – Physics: Ladybug's plan to use the falling space trash as a weapon against Reverser was absurdly risky, and would probably have gotten them both killed in real life. The Lucky Charm helped Ladybug get the best outcome.
- Bittersweet Ending: The city is saved, but Labybug becomes a Hero with Bad Publicity, thought of as a dark vigilante for her dangerous tactics.
- Disability Immunity: Since Reverser makes Ladybug hated, he cannot also make her clumsy.
- Face–Heel Turn: Chat Noir turns against Ladybug while she is cursed, though he still fights criminals.
- Hero with Bad Publicity: Reverser's curse makes this happen to Ladybug. In the end, after the curse is gone, Ladybug is blamed for risking the city with her tactics against Reverser.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Reverser's magical paper glider is struck and set on fire by the burning trash he caused to fall.
- Irrational Hatred: Marinette/Ladybug gets this as the result of Reflector's curse. Nobody will work with her, even though she is as nice as ever.
- The Unmasking: Ladybug's secret identity is almost exposed when Reverser realizes that Ladybug is hated after he cursed Marinette. In the end, her identity is saved because nobody believes that nice Marinette would carry out such a dangerous plan that risked the city.
