Rouxls begins to turn to stone in the Cyber World sooner than expected, and when he encounters Kris, Susie, and Ralsei, they are about to upload Spamton to the NEO robot. Ralsei reveals that Rouxls can survive if part of a Darkner from the Cyber World is put into him, so Kris injects the LoadedDisk into Rouxls's body. This creates the bombastic Spouxls G. Kaardton, and the story follows his misadventures.
No Hidden Contracts, Taxes, or Fees contains examples of:
- Fusion Dance: Spouxls is the result of the LoadedDisk containing Spamton being injected into Rouxls Kaard's body.
- Locked into Strangeness: When Rouxls and Spamton unfuse, they each gain a strand of the other's hair color.
- Mental Affair: Played with. Spouxls catches Spamton and Rouxls flirting in his Mental World at one point, and they then begin to melt into each other. When Spouxls mentions it later, Spamton calls him a peeping Tom, implying that the incident was some form of this trope.
- Morphic Resonance: Spouxls has both of his components' hair colors, Rouxls's blue skin, Spamton's eyes, glasses, and Blush Stickers, and an outfit, nose, and hair style that combine traits of both characters.
- Taken for Granite: Rouxls is faced with this fate at the beginning of the story. This leads to him and Spamton fusing.
- What the Hell Is That Accent?: Spouxls speaks with both Rouxls' Ye Olde Butcherede Englishe and Spamton's glitchy speech impediment.
