Cinder Fall has a dark secret—well, another one on top of the "criminal mastermind" one. She has a hopeless love of weddings and compulsively plans them for everyone around her. Unfortunately, this has attracted the attentions of Ruby Rose, Beacon's up-and-coming matchmaker who draws Cinder into her plan for a certain hoodie-clad knight she wishes she could refuse: The Harem Route.
Matchmaker Supreme shows examples of:
- Adaptational Heroism: Downplayed at first, but Cinder eventually decides to give up being Salem's agent and defects, later luring Watts, Hazel, and Tyrian into a trap she set up so that all three of them end up under arrest by Valean and Atlesian authorities thanks to Cinder secretly leaking info on all three people.
- Adaptational Nice Guy: Cinder is less of a coldhearted bitch compared to her counterpart, later showing a more tender, vulnerable side to Jaune as the story progresses.
- The Matchmaker: Ruby is well known for setting up people who are crushing on each other as couples, and soon enough, Cinder becomes one after some persuasion.
