- If you recognize a Mythology Gag from Warcraft and/or World of Warcraft, drink.
- Likewise, whenever you see a famous lore character in a cameo, drink.
- Whenever a nameless human or orc dies, drink (this could be quite unhealthy).
- Whenever Fel is mentioned, drink.
- Whenever a spell is cast, drink.
- Whenever a major character dies, down your glass.
