Put on any album of Manowar, and take a shot every time the words "blood", "king" or "war" are mentioned. If you're feeling particularly merciful, limit it to only one of those words. Have someone on standby to pump your stomach by the end of the album (if the album is Kings of Metal, say goodbye to all your loved ones and have your will prepared).
