Takako Fuji (born July 27, 1972 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese stage and film actress and voice actress.

Although she mostly works on stage or providing voiceovers, she also has a handful of film roles. She is undoubtedly best known to audiences for portraying Kayako Saeki in all installments of the Takashi Shimizu-directed Ju-on film series, and in the first two installments of the American remake series The Grudge.

She also appeared as the ghost of a hotel maid in another of Shimizu's films, Reincarnation (2005), and later appeared as Rika in the Norman England-directed sci-fi comedy film The Idol. She also provided a voiceover in Princess Mononoke.

She also worked in foreign dubs, as Beatriz Pinzon in the dub of Yo soy Betty, la fea, Lola Boa in Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, Marigold Brandyfoot in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and Grace Stamper in the first dubbed version of Armageddon (1998).
