Sheila Fearn, (3 October 1940), is a British actress best known for playing Audrey Collier in The Likely Lads and Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads?, and Ann Fourmile in George & Mildred.

Early in her career, she was limited to either Uncredited Roles in films or small parts on TV. This changed when she was cast as Audrey, the sister of Terry on The Likely Lads. Fearn was very popular on-set thanks to her friendly personality, which helped her move up in the acting world into getting larger roles.

When The Likely Lads was brought back in The '70s as Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads?, Fearn reprised her previous role of Audrey in both the series and the 1976 film.

From 1976 to 1979, she played Ann Fourmile in George & Mildred, the wife of Jeffrey and neighbour to the titular duo. She had the least to do out of all the main cast, but still appeared in every episode and the 1980 film.

In 1988, she broke her leg after falling from a mountain. This left her with a noticeable limp, and so she retired from acting.
