Phil Fondacaro (born November 8, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana) is an American actor and stuntman.
He has dwarfism, standing at 3'6", and he is perhaps best known for his roles as Creeper (voice acting) in The Black Cauldron, Vohnkar in Willow and Roland in Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
He is married to Elena Bertagnoli and they have three children.
