Paweł Aleksander Pawlikowski (Polish: [ˈpavɛw alɛˈksandɛr pavliˈkɔfskʲi]; born September 15, 1957 in Warsaw) is a Polish film director and screenwriter.
He moved to London at age 14 and became an acclaimed documentary director in The '90s. He is famous for his award-winning feature films, such as Last Resort, My Summer of Love, Ida and Cold War.
