Midori Iwama (born April 16, 1994 in Rumson, New Jersey, using Midori Francis as her stage name) is an American actress. She started her acting career with stage theatre productions, earning her several awards. She moved into TV in 2016 and then films during 2018. She is of mixed Japanese and European ancestry, along with being openly queer.

She is best known from her lead role on Netflix's series Dash & Lily. She was nominated as a result for Lead Actress in a Daytime Fiction Program at the Daytime Emmy Awards. It also incorporated her background to her character Lily.

Since then she has gained a number of other film and TV roles which have been well received. She is active in advocating that greater opportunities be offered for Asian roles in Hollywood and is outspoken against racism in the industry, identifying as a "hapa" (a term for people of mixed European and Asian or Pacific Islander ancestry).
