"Calm down, dear!"
Robert Michael Winner (30 October 1935 – 21 January 2013) was an English film director and producer.
Known for directing the first three films in the Death Wish series and for appearing in Esure television commercials prior his death. He later became a restaurant critic.
Once demanded (and got) an on-air apology from Have I Got News for You when they said that he wore stained underpants when making love to his then-girlfriend. This then resulted in a torrent of jokes aimed at him.
