Leslie Merle Carlson (February 24, 1933 - May 3, 2014) was an American-Canadian actor best known for Videodrome (1983), The Dead Zone (1983), and A Christmas Story (1983).
He was married to Patricia Hamilton and Joan Warren and had two children, Ben Carlson with Hamilton and Edmund with Warren.
Carlson died in 2014 at the age of 81 from cancer.
