Creator / Kevin Stoney

Kevin Stoney (22 January 1921 – 22 January 2008) was an English actor. He had a long career in British television from the 1950s to the 1990s, in which he often played establishment figures.

His best remembered roles include three appearances in Doctor Who, including two of its most memorable villains of the 1960s: Dalek ally Mavic Chen in "The Daleks' Master Plan" and Cyberman ally Tobias Vaughan in "The Invasion".
