John D. Collins, born John Christopher Dixon, (2 December 1942), is a British actor best known for playing Fairfax in 'Allo 'Allo!.

At the start of his career, he appeared in several films such as Dracula Has Risen from the Grave, The Movies of Till Death Us Do Part and Dad's Army, The Adventures of Barry McKenzie, The Ghoul and The Boys in Blue.

He was a regular cast member in both A Family at War and Get Some In!. After working for David Croft in Dad's Army (1971), he was cast in guest roles in It Ain't Half Hot, Mum, Are You Being Served?, Hi-de-Hi! and Oh, Doctor Beeching!, while being cast as a main in 'Allo 'Allo! and a recurring role in You Rang, M'Lord?.
