Hallie Jane Eckstein (born January 7, 1962 in Los Angeles, California), known professionally as Hallie Todd, is an American actress. She is best known for Lizzie McGuire.
She's the daughter of late actress Ann Guilbert. Todd has a daughter with husband Glenn Withrow.
