Gene Barry (born Eugene Klass; June 14, 1919 – December 9, 2009) was an American actor best known for his roles in the film The War of the Worlds (1953) and the television series Bat Masterson and Burke's Law, as well as the Columbo Pilot Movie Prescription: Murder.
He was married to Betty Barry and they had three children.
Barry died in 2009 at the age of 90.
