Gaina Co., Ltd. is a Japanese anime studio founded in 2015. No, it isn't just Studio Gainax with a different name. While the company began life as a spin-off studio known as Fukushima Gainax, by the end of 2018, they had relocated its main operations to Tokyo and had been bought out by a new parent company.note This sale also brought with it the rights to Gainax properties such as Gunbuster and Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honnêamise sequel Uru in Blue.
