Christian Pélissier (born September 2, 1945) is a French actor, stage director and voice actor.
His gravelly and booming voice is unmistakably associated with Captain Archibald Haddock from the Tintin mythos, whom he voiced in the Ellipse and Nelvana animated series The Adventures of Tintin (1991-1992). Among his other animation dubs, the most famous are Mojo Jojo in various installments of The Powerpuff Girls from 1998 to 2019 and Yao in Disney's Mulan.
He's also had small roles in some film and TV productions such as La Petite Histoire de France.
