One of the most prolific Total Drama Island fanfic writers of the late 2010s and into the present day.
Choosing to focus more on slice of life and shipping fanfic rather than the more traditional competition fic fare that traditionally dominates the Total Drama fandom, most of Cactus Pot's works are either oneshots or short stories of some variety. Occasionally she will post longer fanfictions, usually one every year or so. These range wildly in subject matter, from a behind the scenes look at the Aftermaths of Total Drama Action in an alternate universe, to zombie apocalypse survival romance. Cactuspot's works contain some of the most diverse and unusual pairings and premises in the fandom, and their regular content output and reputation for top shelf quality earns them a small but devoted fanbase.

Cactus Pot invokes the following tropes:
- Fan Verse: Several of their fanfics take place in the same continuity.
- For Wantof A Nail: One of the author's first long fics was one of these, exploring an alternate version of events in Revenge Of the Island where Jo is sent to the Toxic Rats during Finders Creepers, and things continue to diverge from there.
- Continuation: Much of the author's works take place after the canon events of the show, and follow the lives of the characters as they move on into adulthood.
- Zombie Fic: One of their longer fics is one of these, and naturally Shawn is one of the leading characters
