Arthur Burghardt (born August 29, 1947) is a retired American actor and voice actor from New York City. Known for his impressive baritone voice, he often played characters who were badass, evil, or both.
The Seinfeld episode "The Pothole" mentions a fictional highway called the Arthur Burghardt Expressway, named after Burghardt.
