Star Wars: The High Republic Adventures is a series of Star Wars comics published as part of The High Republic multimedia project, and a spin-off of IDW Publishing's Star Wars Adventures comic series. Unlike the mainline Star Wars Adventures comic, The High Republic Adventures tells a serialized narrative divided into story arcs, with only a few one-shot stories.
With Lucasfilm's contract with IDW expiring in 2022 and the mainline Star Wars Adventure comics coming to an end, Dark Horse Comics — having returned to publishing Star Wars comics — took up the publishing rights starting with The High Republic Adventures (2022).
Comic Books
- The High Republic Adventures (2021), the initial ongoing series published by IDW, follows a group of Padawans - Lula Talisola, Farzala Tarabal, Qort and an unofficial newcomer, Zeen Mrala. The first issue was released on February 3, 2021.
- The Monster of Tempest Peak, a limited series following the former Jedi turned monster hunter, Ty Yorrick, set shortly before the Republic Fair in The Rising Storm. The first issue was released on August 11, 2021.
- The High Republic Adventures (2022), a prequel series taking place 150 years before the Great Disaster, following Padawan Sav Malagan and her adventures with Maz Kanata's pirate gang. The first issue was released on November 30, 2022.
- The Nameless Terror, a limited series following a group of Jedi and their Pathfinder team on a mission to Dalna that goes awry when they are grounded by the Path of the Open Hand, which leads them to being hunted by monsters that feed on the Force. Told as a Whole Episode Flashback by Ty Yorrick following the fall of Starlight Beacon. The first issue was released on February 22, 2023.
- Quest of the Jedi, a one-shot comic chronicling a mission to the planet Angcord, where Jedi Master Barnabas Vim and his Padawan Vix Fonnick search for a Force artifact. Told as a Whole Episode Flashback, where Jedi Knight Azlin Rell researches this mission as a link to a stolen Force artifact. Released on April 26, 2023.
