A Red Army soldier who appears in the first episode of Chapter 3 among the rest of the Survivor Brigade.
- I Call It "Vera": Hox owns a captured MP-44 which he lost before taking shelter in the Brigade's bar hideout. Coincidentally he refers to "her" as his "sweet Vera".
- Fetch Quest: He asks the player(s) to find and bring back Vera. If they do so he'll show up to help them in the first room of hospital.
- You ALL Look Familiar: Shares his character model with other generic Red Army soldiers. In fact, the other two Russians in the bar look identical to him.
