The Multiversers are the main protagonists of The Multiverser Saga. They are a group of non-scripted beings (a term which here means beings that originated in a world like our own, or a "real" world) who have been given godlike powers and the ability to traverse the Multiverse.
In General
Tropes Relating to the Multiversers:
- Apocalypse Wow - The vast majority (if not all) of the Second Wave have hailed from universes whose worlds have been destroyed by armies of The Order, leaving their homes in flames.
- Ascended Fanboy - Or Fangirl in the case of Alexis. All the Multiversers come from non-scripted realities, with their own favorite franchises and shows. As multiversal demigods, they can travel to any of those favorite franchises and become active participants.
- Badass Crew - While they don't always interact with each other, each Multiverser is badass in their own right.
- Cosmic Plaything - They've all gone through enough horrors in their immortal lives that pretty much all of them count as this.
- Dark and Troubled Past - The majority have all seen some serious shit in their lives (especially of the traumatic variety).
- Mind Hive - Many of the Multiversers take in "mental roommates" by replacing somebody with themselves during the process of conception. These people the Multiversers replace still exist in the mind of the Multiverser and can be given control of the body if the Multiverser so wishes. Prime Death, Alexis, and Zack are exempt from this, as they do not take in mental roommates.
- Mayfly–December Romance - The Multiversers are capable of living for a long, long, long, LONG time, and can choose to not even age. This makes it likely for them to outlive the majority of their loved ones (unless said loved ones want to keep living with them for as long as they can/want to).
- Muscles Are Meaningless - They each look rather lean with toned muscles, and they can overpower beings many times their size.
- No One Could Survive That! - Please, they're gods. Of course, they survived that.
- Noodle Incident - A number of the Multiversers were involved in an incident in Guatemala. Whatever happened there, they all swore to not talk about what happened there again (much to the frustration of those out of the loop).
- Not Allowed to Grow Old - They can control their aging process, and can appear as whatever age they want.
- Older Then They Look - Despite having the general appearances of young adults, the Multiversers are (at least) several centuries old.
- One-Man Army - Multiverse. Gods. Does more need to be said?
- The Power of Creation - As omnipotent demigods, they have the power to create anything.
