In line with the usual behavior and mannerisms associated with his career choice, he's a narcissist more than willing to eat up the attention given to him through his job, with little regard for the contestants or their safety. Finds himself at odds with his co-host and other staff over how he runs things- not that he particularly cares one way or the other what they think.
- Attention Whore: Absolutely loves being the center of attention during the final three elimination ceremony for Outlaster, to a point of purposefully drawing it out just to savor it.
- Demoted to Extra:
- Heavily Downplayed, but in the first draft of the story, he was the sole host of Total Drama. In the current version, he shares the role with Armarouge.
- In the second draft of the story, he served as the host of competitor show, Outlaster, and otherwise had minimal if any involvement in Total Drama. This was rectified with the current version.
- Expy: Of Chris McLean, meaning he could also be argued as one for Jeff Probst, being that he's the overly dramatic, mean-spirited host of a Deadly Game playing up the contestant's
- The Nameless: Unlike the contestants, his name wasn't identified in the first episode; it was confirmed via
Word of God on the creator's profile as Bobby Sinclair.

The co-host of Total Drama Island. An optimist at heart, she always dreamed of making it in the TV and film industry, happily taking up the offer to host the game if it meant furthering her career. While a little blinded by the glitz and glamour of her newfound lifestyle, she's still a loyal, caring person at heart, and often tries to make the experience of competing as fun as she can, in spite of the network's efforts often hampering her attempts.
- A Lighter Shade of Black: While also a host of the game and thus a prop to the contestant's frequent misery, she is far kinder and more genuine than Bidoof, more obviously feeling bad about how the game treats its contestants and attempting to make their stay more hospitable in the process.
- Expy: Of Don and Rebooted Chef, being the far kinder, saner, and more considerate co-host when compared to Bidoof.
- The Nameless: Unlike the contestants, her name wasn't identified in the first episode; it was confirmed via Word of God on the creator's profile as Sylvia Columbo.
