Catching the Sith Lord by surprise, Trebor was himself ambushed by Jango Fett, who killed the Jedi Master.

----
* {{Ambadassador}}: All Jedi are this to one degree or another, but Trebor was notable even for a Jedi, with his main talents lying in the diplomatic arena.

!!!'''Species:''' Human

->'''Portrayed by:''' Dipika O'Neill Joti
->'''Appears in:''' ''Film/ThePhantomMenace'' | ''Film/AttackOfTheClones''

Once one of Mace Windu's most accomplished students, Depa Billaba was the daughter that the Jedi Master never had. Unfortunately, following her deployment to Haruun Kal early in the Clone Wars, Depa snapped and went mad. Falling under the influence of tribal leader Kar Vastor, Depa butchered civilians as part of her plan to drive the Separatists out, railing about how in order to defeat their enemies and save the Republic, the Jedi would have to descend to the level of their enemies.

For tropes on her portrayal in the reboot continuity, see Characters/StarWarsJediCouncil.
----
* AxeCrazy: Violently and dangerously insane.
* BigBadDuumvirate: With Kar Vastor she serves as one for ''Shatterpoint''.
* CaptainErsatz: She's a DistaffCounterpart to ''Heart of Darkness''' Kurtz.
* DarkActionGirl: Like any fallen female Jedi, Depa is one of these by default.
* DeathSeeker: Tries to force Mace to kill her during their duel in ''Shatterpoint''.
* DrivenToSuicide: Tries to kill herself in a moment of lucidity at the end of the novel, but is stopped by Mace's aide, Nick.
* FinalSolution: She and Vastor attempt a genocide against the Balawai capital, aiming to kill all four hundred thousand people who live their as part of their campaign of ethnic cleansing.
* GoingNative: What she thinks she's done, though in the end she's more vicious than any of the Korun or Balawai of Haruun Kal.
* HeWhoFightsMonsters: A particularly horrible example.
* LadyOfWar: She used to be one, but by the time of ''Shatterpoint'' her insanity has robbed her of her grace and femininity, though not her ferocity.
* TheMentallyIll: Depa is very, very sick, and Kar Vastor's influence is not helping. By the end of the novel she's fallen into a coma as her ability to deal with reality totally collapses.
* APupilOfMineUntilHeTurnedToEvil: She was Mace's Padawan.
* ShellShockedVeteran: Depa is beyond help, driven completely mad by war trauma and guilt over her own actions.

-->''"Impossible! The Sith have been extinct for a millennium!"''

Alongside Yoda and Mace Windu, Ki-Adi-Mundi is a senior member of the Jedi High Council and often helps lead and guide the Council's decisions. He is a skilled warrior and commander.

For tropes on his portrayal in the reboot continuity, see Characters/StarWarsJediCouncil.
----
* AgentScully: Has a history of this. He was extremely skeptical of Qui-Gon Jinn's assertion that the Sith had returned, and dismissed Padmé Amidala's claim that Count Dooku was behind the assassination attempt against her. He was also the most vocal in denying the possibility of Yoda's claim about making contact with the dead Qui-Gon, insisting it is impossible to maintain ones identity in the Force after death.
* BadassBeard: He has a small white beard.
* BadassGrandpa: His age doesn't seem to hamper him too much in battle.
* BodyCountCompetition: After the second Battle of Geonosis, he manages to outscore Anakin and Ahsoka. He takes note of their competition and offhandedly asks what he's won. When Anakin replies that Ki-Adi won his respect, Obi-Wan half-jokingly remarks that it's quite a prize indeed.
* CoolOldGuy: When he heard Anakin denying to acknowledge Ahsoka's victory in the BodyCountCompetition mentioned above, Mundi told Anakin that he out-scored both of them.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: Before the Clone Wars, he refused to believe that Count Dooku was capable of falling to the Dark Side and ordering a political assassination.
-->'''Ki-Adi-Mundi:''' He is a political idealist, not a murderer.
** Could be somewhat justified in the fact that judging by his age, he had to have known Dooku for decades before the latter left the Order. So it might just be denial.
* KillItWithFire: Once ordered his troops to use flamethrowers against the Geonosians.
* LaserBlade: Wields a blue-bladed lightsaber.
* MauveShirt: In the films, he is the only Jedi Council member besides Yoda, Windu, Obi-Wan, or Anakin to have any lines.
* MyBrainIsBig: He's a Cerean, a species with very large, elongated cranium that holds a binary brain.
* MasterSwordsman: Good enough to briefly contend with Asajj Ventress, and held his own against [[MageKiller General Grievous]].

* HeroicSacrifice: During the Yinchorri Uprising, he gets mortally wounded and stays behind to buy the rest of the Jedi strike team time to escape by destroying a Yinchorri army by using his lightsaber to blow up a fuel tank.
* TheTrickster: Enjoys playing tricks on Padawans, usually to get them to stop relying entirely on the Force and use their heads and other senses as well. Other displays of cunning include using the Force to manually launch escape pods that can only be operated from the inside, distracting enemies who don't know about Jedi telekinesis, and basically anything he does or plans in the LighterAndSofter story "Jedi Chef."

* JediMindTrick: An expert at these.
* LongNeck: He provides the page image for the trope. In fact, this is the out-of-universe reason for his absence in ''Film/AttackOfTheClones'' -- Lucas didn't want anyone confusing him with the somewhat similar-looking Kaminoans.

A male human, Tholme was a powerful Jedi who was skilled at manipulation, spying, and combat. His skills at subterfuge made him a vital part of secret Jedi missions, and key player in the Clone Wars. He trained both Quinlan Vos and Aalya Secura and had a close relationship with fellow Jedi Master T'ra Saa.

He is a major character in the ''[[ComicBook/StarWarsRepublic Republic]]'' comic series.
----
* DarkIsNotEvil: He wears dark robes, has a rather sinister appearance at times, and often takes actions that flirt with breaking the Jedi Code and the dark side, but he is a dedicated Jedi who seeks to uphold the values of the Republic.
* EyeScream: He lost his left eye dueling Count Dooku on Bakura shortly after the Battle of Geonosis.
* FakingTheDead: A specialty of his: he can enter an Anzati Death Trance, which can fool his enemies into thinking him dead, only for him to emerge from it and wreck havoc on them when they least expect it.
* GuileHero: He specializes in creating complex plots, overseeing spies, and manipulating enemies of the Jedi.
* HandicappedBadass: {{Averted}}: his right leg was crushed by rocks in his duel with Dooku, leaving him with a severe limp. Tholme refused to get a artificial replacement, instead using a cane, and ceased going on missions for most of the Clone Wars. When he does take the field again, he gets his leg replaced, realizing that his own dislike of cybernetics had clouded his judgment and prevented him from getting involved in several conflicts where his presence would have been very beneficial.
* KilledOffscreen: He passed away sometime after the group hid out on Kashyyyk after Order 66.
* LifeWillKillYou: He avoided Order 66 due to being on Nar Shaddaa with T'ra Saa and Khaleen Hentz at the time, but eventually passed away from old age on Anzat.
* LostLenore: He becomes this to T'ra Saa after he dies.
* MasterSwordsman: Even Count Dooku acknowledges his skills with a lightsaber, believing him to be one of the few Jedi who truly understands how to use one.
* MeaningfulName: His characterization is based off of Literature/SherlockHolmes. His alias during a mission to Devaron was "Miles Croft", a reference to Mycroft Holmes, the brother of Sherlock Holmes.
* OnlyOneName: He has no last name.
* TheSpymaster: He runs the Jedi Order's spy network and handles the assignments of any Jedi undercover.
* WorthyOpponent: Count Dooku regards him as one, and has a lot of respect for Tholme.

A Mirialan like her master, Barriss was the apprentice of Luminara Unduli since before the war had started. Her personality is not unlike her Master's, but seems to be a bit more easy-going.

Sometime after her knighting, she took in Zander as her Padawan. During Order 66, she was killed on Felucia and was reported by the Empire to have been planning to tamper with the world's water supply with Aayla Secura.

In ''[[WesternAnimation/StarWarsTheCloneWars The Clone Wars]]'', Barriss instead became disillusioned with the Jedi Order after her knighting. She planned a bombing in the Jedi Temple and framed Ahsoka Tano for it, but Barriss's guilt was discovered and she was sent to prison, though was not executed for her crimes.
