Personality: Romy is the newest known resident to come to Slumber. Anxious, awkward and terribly shy, she’s always had trouble fitting in and forging connections with other people. Despite her lack of self-confidence (she’s working on it!), her kind and hyper-empathetic nature has made her a rather good listener and therapy dog to the other residents in town. She gets overwhelmed and cries easily, but generally uses her sensitivities to try to understand and help others… including the mysterious unknown caller on the other end of her phone.
Appearance: Romy is based on a toller (Nova Scotia duck tolling retriever). They are, for the most part, covered in fluffy, light orange fur. There's a small cream marking on the tip of their snout and the tip of their tail. All four paws are cream-colored and at a position a bit higher than the wrists and ankles. Their ears are floppy, fluffy and beagle-shaped. Their nose and paw pads are a pink-ish brown that is sometimes depicted more pink. They have a large 3-4 spiked headfluff that covers the top of their head. Their tail is quite long and very fluffy, usually at rest or tucked between or around their legs when nervous. Romy is often seen brandishing a green bandana worn backwards around the neck.

Fun Fact: Was a total theatre geek in school. Can sing and recite Grease by heart and is pretty adept at Shakespearean improv.
Personality: Boone is the “Founder” of the Lost and Found — what he considers his special responsibility in Slumber. He seems to constantly want to prove his usefulness to others, often finding creative ways to express himself and solve problems. His impulsiveness sometimes lands him in a bit of trouble at times though, unfortunately. Forgetful, overly dramatic and a bit childish, many people can only handle him in short bursts — but his closest friends know he’s a bold and loyal pal who always tries his best, and can be relied on in the ways it really counts.
Appearance: Boone is based off a pygmy goat, though is nowhere near tiny in size. His fur is a balance of bristly light brown and cream. The cream markings cover his entire snout and lower face, the middle of his neck, both hands and feet, the bottom half of his tail, and the inner parts of his arms and legs. His horns are dark brown, triangular and noticeably small (for a male), with a short tuft of headfur in-between. All four hooves are similarly dark brown and the sclera of his eyes are light yellow. His nose has a round, snoopy-like shape. His ears are also rounded, jutting from the sides of his head and flattening when upset. Both arms are large and muscular, making him quite top-heavy. He has a perky nub tail that wags like a motorboat, and a fuzzy goatee on his chin.

Fun Fact: Pretty proficient in the art of astral projection. She’s able to get into a meditative mindset with relative ease.
Personality: Echo is known mostly by residents as the cool-headed and… fairly unconventional detective who’s been working with Dallas to solve the mysteries of the town since she arrived. She tends to be fairly secretive and cryptic, even among her closest friends — and due to her lack of patience for the “predictable”, her independent streak can often be seen as rebellious. She does, however, care deeply for her friends, despite her emotional barriers! Her objective and cautious approach often allows her to analyze before making tactful decisions.
Appearance: Echo is a bat hybrid, based off both the brown long-eared bat and vampire bat. The fur covering her body is mostly dark brown (sometimes reddish brown). There's a darker brown hue on her nose, ear insides, tail, and the fleshier part of her wings. Her eyes are usually square-shaped while wearing glasses, though without glasses they're actually more of an oval shape. Her nose is the shape of a heart. Her wings extend from her elbows like an extra joint, around the same length as her arms. They are usually at rest, unless she's in flight. Her fingers and toes are both long and thin. Her stature is pointy and thin as well. Both ears are long and pointed at the ends, and she has a small web-like tail that is typically mostly seen between her legs from behind. Her cheeks and cream-colored mane on her neck is where most of her fluff is present.
